It’s easier than you might think! All you need is the ability to download Zoom on your computer, phone, or mobile device. You will receive an email 48 hours and a text 24 hours prior to your appointment with a link to Zoom room. If you run into any issues, we will troubleshoot the problem together.

No. I am a virtual office only. I will not never have in-person appointments.

You will have completed all paperwork before your first appointment. We will review and discuss the paperwork you filled out at the start of the appointment. You will then get the rest of the time to talk about what brought you into therapy and what you hope to get out of therapy.

I know it’s cliché but each person is different. The length of therapy depends on your needs and what you’re looking to get out of therapy.
